Jess Arce, known as “America’s Dyslexia Expert,” serves as the CEO of “I Am Not Dumb, Inc.” Additionally, she is the Founder and Director of “3D Learning Experts,“ a specialized online private tutoring company that caters to students of all ages dealing with Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, and related learning differences.
Jess’s Family & Inspiration
Unbeknownst to her at the time, Jess, who had self-diagnosed as Dyslexic, ended up marrying someone who shared the same condition. Together, they raised four children, three of them also turned out to have varying degrees of Dyslexia.
Collectively, their family faced a remarkable array of nine neurodiverse challenges, including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Dyspraxia, Vision Processing Disorder, Auditory Processing Delay, Sensory Processing Disorder, Irlen/Scotopic Syndrome, and Autism.

She shares her extensive knowledge and experiences in her first book, “I Am Not Dumb, I Am Dyslexic,” which offers inspiration and in-depth discussions on Dyslexia and similar learning differences.
From Jess Arce’s home tutoring in Las Vegas in 2012, 3D Learning Experts expanded when she relocated to Orange County, California. March 2020, due the the Pandemic, Jess closed their physical doors and transitioned services entirely online. We are now accessible virtually from anywhere in the US.

3D Learning Experts has assisted hundreds of children with brain-based learning difficulties. We focus on holistic child development, offering online support in reading, spelling, writing, and math.
Our goal is to help clients achieve success, self-confidence, and overall well-being by offering emotional and academic support. We provide Orton-Gillingham-based Language Arts instruction and multisensory math tutoring, benefiting students aged seven and above with learning challenges such as Dyslexia and Dyscalculia. We also offer coaching for parents to equip them with the tools and confidence to support their children.
