Jess’s work is deeply rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience. After recognizing her own dyslexia, she later married someone with the same condition, and together they raised four children—three of whom also have dyslexia. Their family has navigated multiple neurodiverse challenges, including dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, auditory and visual processing differences, sensory processing disorder, Irlen Syndrome, and autism.
