Mr. Chris provides individualized, evidence-based instruction in Reading, Spelling, Writing, and History for students with Dyslexia and other neurodiversities. Using EBLI (Evidence-Based Literacy Instruction), Orton-Gillingham techniques, and his expertise as a Certified Barton Reading & Spelling Practitioner, he tailors every lesson to each student’s unique learning profile, helping them build strong foundational skills with confidence.
Since joining 3D Learning Experts in 2020, Mr. Chris has helped students strengthen their literacy skills while developing greater independence and a genuine enjoyment of learning. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with additional studies in Creative Writing at Chapman University, he brings a strong language arts background to every lesson.
In addition to reading and spelling intervention, Mr. Chris teaches Writing and History, making him an excellent choice for homeschool families looking for one specialist who can support multiple core subjects. His engaging, one-on-one virtual instruction helps students connect ideas across subjects while developing the skills they need for long-term academic success.
With a strong understanding of Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia, along with personal insight into Dyslexia, Autism, and ADHD through his own family, Mr. Chris creates structured, supportive lessons that help students overcome learning challenges while building confidence and independence.
Outside of teaching, Mr. Chris enjoys creative storytelling through Dungeons & Dragons and gaming with friends around the world, experiences that inspire his creativity and help him connect with students in meaningful ways.
